I’m a born-and-raised California girl who moved to Oregon on a whim and hasn’t looked back.

When I’m not working as a full-time communications manager, you can find me dabbling in one of my many hobbies. I’m a passionate home barista, cookbook collector and avid reader who has a thing for early mornings, word puzzles and cringe-worthy rom-coms.

On the writing front, I self-published my first book, Insomnia: A Middle-of-the-Night Haibun Collection, in July 2021 and published my first publisher-backed book, Behind the Facade: A Mental Health Memoir, in September 2022.
